Return & Refund Policy – Ever Safe Track
Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will send detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
